Painting Checkout Policy

To checkout a painting a patron must…

1. Be 18 years of age or older
2. Have a valid photo ID (A photocopy will be made.)
3. Be a Heginbotham library card holder for one year or more
4. Be a permanent resident of Phillips County.
5. Not have any lost, unpaid items

Paintings can be checked out for three months. No renewals allowed. In the event that a painting is lost or damaged, the patron will be required to pay the full cost of the painting.
